When I'm studying stomach cancer, I found that some samples have opposite subtypes in TCGA and 'Comprehensive molecular characterization of gastric adenocarcinoma'. For examples, 'TCGA-CG-4476','TCGA-CG-4444','TCGA-CD-A4MG' were intestinal type in the paper, but they were diffuse type in TCGA clinical data. Could you please help me find out what causes this?
